CGN Entertainment is an independent media and entertainment company building a diversified portfolio of publishing, audio, and original content properties across global markets.

Founded with a belief that independent media with a genuine point of view will always outperform content that exists just to fill a feed, CGN operates the TechScoop Network — a growing family of technology publications covering Canada and India — alongside CGN Studios, its original content production arm.

We are not funded by venture capital. We don't take editorial direction from advertisers. We are building something real, brick by brick, for the long term.

Michael founded CGN Entertainment with a simple belief: that independent media with a genuine point of view will always outperform content that exists just to fill a feed.

Originally from Ireland, Michael acquired TechScoop India during his final months of college, relocated to Vancouver, and launched TechScoop Canada to bring the same honest, no-hype coverage to one of the world's most underreported technology markets.

He oversees all editorial, product, and strategic operations across the CGN portfolio — building toward a diversified entertainment company with global ambition and independent values.
