From One Engine To A Network
Every media empire in history started as something implausibly small. Ours started as software.
The Engine
Before there was a network, there was Nexus — an editorial engine built to read the world's technology news, detect the narratives beneath it, and publish without sleeping. The bet: one person with the right machine could run what used to take a newsroom.
The Network
TechScoop launched across four markets — India, Canada, Austin, and Ireland — four publications with four identities, all running on the same engine. Thousands of stories filed. Newsletters in two markets, with over a thousand subscribers between them and growing monthly.
The Studio
CGN went physical: a fully equipped production studio — greenscreen stages, broadcast cameras, professional audio. CGN Studios was founded to make what the engine cannot: original documentaries, podcast productions including MooseTechTawks, and original IP developed in-house.
Nexus 2.0
The entire network was rebuilt on the CGN-Nexus 2.0 platform — bespoke publishing technology, four distinct visual identities, audio articles, and a data desk in every newsroom. The group got its headquarters: the site you are reading now.
The Premiere
CGN Studios' first original — a ten-part documentary series — premieres across the network. The first production of many.
The Part We Haven't Written
More markets. Bigger productions. The flywheel, turning faster. If you want to be part of this chapter — as a partner, a sponsor, or a collaborator — this is the moment to reach out.
