Work With Us
CGN is a small, owner-operated studio. We don't keep a standing list of open roles — we bring people in when the work demands it, and we hire from the people already paying attention to what we make.
How We Work
Small On Purpose
A Small Team
Few people, doing a few things exceptionally well. Everyone's work ships, and everyone can see their fingerprints on it.
Owned Work
We make what we own. You'd be building a library and a brand, not filling a content quota.
Made By Hand
Real scripts, a real voice, a real edit. If you care about craft over volume, you'll fit.
Introduce Yourself
No Role Listed? Invent It.
If you're a filmmaker, editor, writer or producer who wants to do a few things exceptionally well, tell us who you are and what you do better than anyone.
